At EVELO, our company philosophy is centered on making sure that every single customer loves their new electric bike from EVELO. We want to do everything we can to make that happen. As a company that sells direct to the consumer, we also realize that you — as a customer — take a leap of faith when you order a product from us without having had a chance to see it in a store first.

To provide peace of mind and ensure that every single customer is 100% happy with their EVELO product, we offer the industry’s first 7-Day At Home Trial policy. This allows you to try the bike or Omni Wheel at home for a week and, if it’s not the right fit, gives you the option to return it to us within 7 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or a 100% refund. No restocking fees, no shipping fees, and no hidden fees of any kind.

If you don’t like the product or it’s not a good fit, simply send it back to us within 7 days and we’ll issue a 100% refund — no questions asked. It’s as simple as that!


HOW DOES IT WORK

How Does the 7-Day At Home Trial Policy Work?

  • You have 7 days from the date that the product was marked as delivered to request a Return AuthorizationIf you are considering a return, do reach out to us before you re-box the bike — we have helpful suggestions to help with performance, sizing, and packaging concerns.
  • To qualify for the 100% refund, your bike or Omni Wheel must have under 75 miles on it and it must be within 7 days of the bike’s delivery to you. After the 7-day period expires, the products cannot be returned to EVELO.
  • You must keep the original packaging and the bike must be repacked back into the original packaging when it’s sent back to us. This is very important, as this ensures that the bike is delivered back to the warehouse in good condition. Repacking of the bike back into the box is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once the Return Authorization is issued, you will need to pack the product back into its original packaging. The EVELO Shipping Coordinator will arrange a FedEx pick up to get the bike picked up from your home or office.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment within 10 business days after the date the returned product is received at the warehouse.
  • Please note that the No-Risk 7-Day At Home Trial only applies to new bikes and new Omni Wheels purchased from our site. Open-Box, refurbished, and clearance units are not eligible for  return.
  • For bikes shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada (and any other international addresses), the policy does not include shipping fees. Due to higher shipping costs to those locations, the original and return shipping fees will be subtracted from the refund.
