Where do your Open-Box bikes come from?

Open-box bikes have either been used as a demo model or have been returned by a customer within the 10-day return period we offer. These units typically have just a few miles on them, and sometimes less than 1 mile. They have undergone a comprehensive quality check to ensure that there are no issues or problems, had any issues fixed, and then are repackaged by trained specialists.

Open-box bikes are in good condition, but do not meet our rigorous standards for designation as “new.” As such, they are available at a deep discount but still come with a full 48‑month/20,000‑mile warranty which begins from the date of purchase.

We occasionally have brand-new bikes listed for sale with the open-box bikes, consisting of any remaining inventory of recently discontinued models.

Do Open-Box bikes still qualify for free shipping?

Yes, all of the EVELO open-box bikes still come with free shipping to the continental United States.

Can I finance or put on layaway an Open-Box bike?

Unfortunately, you cannot finance an open-box bike at this time.
