We offer free shipping on all electric bike purchases to any destination in the continental U.S.

Our warehouse and fulfillment center is based in Kent, WA. The majority of orders are shipped directly from there. If you wish to pick up the bike directly from the warehouse at Kent, WA, please contact us to setup a pickup date and time.

Most in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours via FedEx Ground or LTL and will generally reach their destination within 1 to 5 business days. Refurbished bicycles are shipped within 1 week from purchase date.

Hawaii & Alaska Shipping

We are happy to serve customers in Hawaii and Alaska. However, due to high freight costs, we charge a $249 shipping fee per bike to ship to these states.

Canada & International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Canada or Internationally.

How The Bike Is Shipped

EVELO Electric Bicycles are shipped 95% assembled. When you receive your bike, you will simply need to attach the front wheel and fender, set up the handlebars and screw in the pedals, and you’re done.

If you wish, we can also ship your order to any bike shop of your choice to have them assemble it and perform a customary tune up. You will need to arrange this with them ahead of time and contact us as soon as you place your order to ensure that it gets routed to the correct address.
