Most in-stock orders for the continental U.S. and Canada are shipped within 24 hours via FedEx Ground or other major carriers and will generally reach their destination within 1 to 5 business days. Canadian orders may require a few additional days to handle the customs paperwork.
Refurbished and pre-owned bicycles are shipped within 1 week from purchase date.
Our warehouse and fulfillment center is based in Kent, WA – just a few miles away from Seattle and the border with Canada. Most of our orders are shipped directly from there. For your convenience, we have provided an estimated transit time map for U.S. deliveries below:
Hawaii & Alaska Shipping
We are happy to serve customers in Hawaii and Alaska. However, due to high freight costs, we charge:
- $249 shipping fee per bike to Hawaii
- $389 shipping fee per bike to Alaska
Please note that oftentimes the actual shipping costs for these locations is higher, but this is a subsidized rate.
For a limited time, we are offering free shipping to Canada (regular $99)!

Canadian orders are subject to Casual Import Taxes, which are added at the time of the order. The actual amount varies according to the destination province or territory. Please see below for a complete list.

Unfortunately, we can only ship our bikes in the U.S. and Canada at this time. International orders are not supported.
Pick Up From The Warehouse in Kent, WA

How The Bike Is Shipped
EVELO Electric Bicycles are shipped 95% assembled. When you receive your bike, you will simply need to attach the front wheel and fender, set up the handlebars and screw in the pedals, and you’re done.
If you wish, we can also ship your order to any bike shop of your choice to have them assemble it and perform a customary tune up. You will need to arrange this with them ahead of time and contact us as soon as you place your order to ensure that it gets routed to the correct address. Feel free to get in touch with us if you need any assistance with coordinating this.
