EVELO is an electric bicycle company launched in 2011 with the ultimate goal of making cycling more enjoyable and removing barriers that keep people from cycling!
We produce, distribute, and support stylish electric bicycles that make hills and headwinds disappear, shorten commute times, and make cycling more fun than ever.
When you deal with us, you are dealing with a small group of people obsessively committed to delivering fantastic customer service.
- Need help with assembling a bike? We’ll help you find a shop near you to assemble it.
- Need a warranty part replacement? It’ll be shipped out to you quickly, usually via priority mail.
- Have a question? You will have a Customer Service Manager who will know you by name and help you with any questions or concerns you may have.

Boris Mordkovich – Co-Founder and Chief Electric Officer – Around here, CEO stands for Chief Electric Officer. Whether it’s finding the best people to join our growing team or jumping on the phone to help resolve a customer’s urgent issue, Boris’s goal is to ensure that the company lives up to the trust that customers place in the EVELO brand. With that in mind, we’ve introduced a first in our industry – the “Talk to the CEO” program. If there is anything you’re not satisfied with, he wants to hear about it – just shoot him an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and you’ll receive a response within 1 business day, guaranteed.
Yevgeniy Mordkovich – Co-Founder and Director of Operations – To get every single bike produced, individually tested, and delivered to the doorstep of the customer requires coordinating the activities of dozens of people at every level – the factory, the warehouse, and the fulfillment chain. Behind all of those processes, you’ll find Yevgeniy ensuring that every single customer receives the bike they want in their hands as soon as possible.
Bill Cummings – Director of Customer Service – If you have a question about our products, you’ve probably come across Bill at one point or another. At any given time, Bill can be found chatting with our customers, handling support issues, and improving our support infrastructure to ensure that every question gets a quick and friendly response.
Nancy Lowndes – Office Manager & Jill-Of-All Trades – Nancy keeps the operation running smoothly in the day-to-day hubbub of the business! Just a few of her tasks include assisting folks wishing to meet with our Ambassadors and Dealers for a test ride, being our voice on social media, and running surveys to learn more about our customers’ needs. Keeping things running smoothly keeps Nancy busy, but she is always happy to answer a question or help out a customer.
John O’Donnell – Customer Service Manager – John works with our customers in both sales and service of their bicycles. John also connects with new Tour and Rental companies and Independent Agents who are interested in coming on board.
Frances Krug – Order & Shipping Coordinator – Frances spends her time processing customer orders and ensuring timely shipping of all EVELO products. Every order is fulfilled under Frances’s watchful eyes to ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
Alex Stegemann – Customer Service Manager – Alex is part of our customer service team working with both new sales and service on all of our EVELO bikes. Alex also takes time to help coordinate (and star in!) our EVELO videos.
