2. White-glove delivery. Since Velofix operates a fleet of mobile bike shops, your new EVELO can be fully assembled and delivered to your home or office at a time that’s convenient for you. A trained bike mechanic will walk you through all of the features of your new EVELO and ensure the right fit.
3. Ongoing service. Your local Velofix representative will keep a record of your bike and can provide ongoing service and tune-ups.

If you select Velofix white-glove assembly and delivery option, your EVELO bike will be shipped to a secure Velofix delivery center in your area. Your bike will then be assembled by a certified bike mechanic, and a Velofix representative will contact you once it’s ready to be delivered. You get to choose the time and place for your delivery.
During your appointment, a Velofix representative will walk you through everything you need to know about your new EVELO and you’ll be able to test ride it. In fact, the Velofix representative will only depart once you are fully satisfied with your bike.
Yes. The Velofix representative in your area can work with you to service your EVELO on an ongoing basis. Please note that EVELO will cover the cost of any warranty work and replacement parts per the terms of our warranty. You will be responsible for any fees associated with other services provided to you by Velofix. Your Velofix representative can provide you with pricing information for those options.
Velofix performs all the service on-site at your home, office, or any other place of your choosing. A certified bike mechanic will do all the work inside his/her mobile bike shop.
Once the Velofix assembly and delivery services have been rendered, the $149 fee is not refundable.
