This is How the Program Works

  1. Qualify for the EVELO Demo Dealer Program.We are looking to partner closely with a few forward-thinking bike shops in key electric bike markets.
  2. Select and purchase the demo bikes.
    We have a number of different models available to help you create a full lineup or to supplement existing models that best fit your customers. Each demo dealer is entitled to wholesale pricing on demo bikes.
  3. We provide comprehensive training.
    We train your staff on e-bike technology, sales techniques and best practices, and how to service our bikes. Both on-location and virtual training sessions are available and additional on-demand tutorials are available on the dealer portal.
  4. Your shop becomes part of the program and we start sending you prospective customers from your area.
    We have prospects all over the country who are interested in seeing one of our bikes in person. We send them your way and you get full credit if the bike is sold.
  5. Once a prospect is ready to buy, you log on to our site and complete the order.
    The bike will be shipped for free to your shop, where you will complete the assembly and have your customer pick it up.

Service & Support

With over 5,000 bicycles on the road, we’ve seen it all. Our extensive information and resource database has everything from instructional videos all the way to step-by-step, how-to procedures for any and all repairs on all of our models. Every EVELO model has been designed with plug-and-play components and to be as easily serviced as possible. We can also provide dealer service training to cover the basics with your service technicians. All replacement components and parts are stored at our headquarters in Seattle WA, and are ready for immediate shipping.

Staff Training

When you succeed, we both succeed! Electric bicycle customers can be a bit different than your traditional rider – so we’re excited to offer one-on-one personal training to all dealers and their staff on sales techniques and tactics, electric bicycle operation, and service and repair procedures (including programming and adjustment procedures). This training can be offered in person or via video conference/phone.
