EVELO Delta Product Update – November 2017
Since Delta model went live in mid-2017, we have received several limited reports of firmware issues from the first production run. It has affected a small number of Delta customers and we’re working with each customer to apply the firmware fix to address the issue. The reported issue will also be addressed on all future production runs – including all of the Deltas that will be come off the production line in 2018 and beyond.
Moreover, we’re also adding several additional improvements. On all new Deltas, we are upgrading the display panel to one that has a full-color IPS display. This display is being produced by the same manufacturer as the motor, which will eliminate the issues that have been encountered by a small number of customers and will also increase the functionality of the display panel, giving it advanced diagnostic capabilities.
